In this fairly quiet student house you will share the kitchen, the toilet and the 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower) with 3 other students of the Fontys. Occasionally some of them cook together, but everyone is always very fond of his or her privacy, which is easy to do in this house. The room that becomes available is located on the ground floor. A beautiful living room with its own back door to the garden and the beautiful greenery as a view from the large window at the front. The room has its own laundry basket and is adjacent to the spacious kitchen. The room itself is 38m2 in size and will cost 520 euros per month incl.!
